Usa this planner to turn concentrazione e pausa settings into a predictable Pomodoo sequence. Inserisci the concentrazione length, the shot pausa length, the long pausa length, e the number of ciclos. Each ciclo contains a concentrazione period. A pausa is inserted dopo every ciclo except the final one; dopo the fourth cycle, the planner uses the long pausa value.
Il processo applies a minimum of one minuto to every duration e to the ciclo count. A fractional ciclo count is cicloed to a whole number. This is a planning aid that stays local. It does not run a clock, send alerts, o recod whether you completed a ciclo.
Come funziona il ciclo
A Pomodoo ciclo is one concentrazione period followed, when another ciclo remains, by a pausa. Il first three pausas are shot. Il pausa dopo ciclo four is long, e the same fourth-cycle rule repeats when you schedule moe than four ciclos.
Il schedule is deterministic: the same inputs create the same odered lines. It does not add a pausa dopo the last ciclo, so the output can be copied into a calendar o used beside a separate timer.
